Notice Description
Award for stage 1 only through further competition via Capital Schemes Framework for a contractor for the works that consist of but are not limited to: the detailed design (Stage 1) and construction (stage 2) of a 90 place car park, including: site clearance; drainage works, including a Sustainable Drainage System (attenuation tank): minor earthworks; installation of lighting columns; installation of kerbs; surfacing/resurfacing; line markings; landscaping; installation of road/cycle signs, installation of electric charging points, installation of pay and display machines, and appropriate cladding to retaining walls.
