Notice Title
GB-London: Tackling anti-social behaviour
Notice Description
We are looking for approximately 10 -12 case studies which showcase some best practice examples of local government taking the lead on tackling anti-social behaviour. These can be examples of best practice of local authorities responding to anti-social behaviour (ASB) during COVID-19, or ASB strategies and plans that the local authority had in place prior to COVID-19. For the purpose of this document, when using the term anti-social behaviour, this is intended to mean "behaviour by a person which causes, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to persons not of the same household as the person." The document should demonstrate examples of: *Local government leading strong multi-agency partnership arrangements to help tackle anti-social behaviour issues in the community. *Good information-sharing arrangements between various partners to support victims of anti-social behaviour and deliver swift resolutions to ASB issues. *Local government anti-social behaviour strategies which have a focus on early intervention and mediation, as well as wider enforcement measures. *How local authorities and their partners are effectively using the ASB tools available in the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, including the Community Trigger process. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
