Ceiling works: Electrical isolations Notification and preparation of RAMS Erect suitable enclosure for textured coating removal Removal and disposal of textured coating to area as agreed Appoint independent consultant for monitoring and clearance testing Supply and fix new plasterboard to existing joists. Supply and fix new plaster to existing plasterboard. Decorate new ceiling. Re-instate lights.
