The successful suppliers are - Lot 1: Knightingles Healthcare Ltd Lot 2: Alina Homecare Specialist Care Ltd Lot 3: Concept Care Lot 4: Ignite Health & Homecare Services Ltd Lot 5: Abbots Care Action for Children Alina Homecare Specialist Care Ltd Amegreen Complex Homecare CF Contact and Support Services Ltd Concept Care Crossroads Care Hertfordshire North EnViva Paediatric Care Ltd First Choice Medical Solutions Ltd Ignite Health & Homecare Services Ltd Knightingles Healthcare Ltd Options Healthcare Services Ltd Southern Family Care Ltd Best Care Harrow Ltd (T/A SureCare Harrow and Watford) Watford & District Mencap Society The estimated total value of the Framework Agreement is ?8,560,000.00 and is for all Lots and for the initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extensions. This Framework Agreement is for an initial period of three (3) years and eight (8) months with an option to extend the Framework Agreement for up to a further two (2) years on an annual basis at the sole discretion of the Council. The Council is awarding the Framework Agreement for this period in order to ensure continuity for Service Users and that the procurement is attractive to the provider market.
