Notice Description

Wakefield Council will build on their already established Family Hubs model to ensure successful delivery of the Family Hubs and Start for Life Programme. Family Hubs and Youth Hubs have been established in 6 cluster areas across the District:- * Wakefield Central and North West * South West * Normanton and Featherstone * South East * Castleford and Airedale and * Pontefract and Knottingley Each cluster area will work with professionals, community organisations, schools, the voluntary sector and partners to assess the needs of babies, children, young people, parents-to-be, parents, carers and families to determine what their local family hub delivery should look like and co-production with families, including the Parent and Carer Panels, will help shape the local offer in family hub models and hold the Local Authority to account for delivering and continuously improving the services that families want and need.
