The Provision of Asset Valuation Services

Notice Description

Huntingdonshire District Council (HDC) wishes to appoint a professional and experienced supplier to provide expertise with its Asset Valuations. Property valuations for the Council should be completed in accordance with the CIPFA/LASAAC Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting ('the Code') and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Valuation Standards (Red Book). The Council has a 3-year rolling programme of valuations of assets, the current approach is allowable under the new Code of Practice interpretation of International Financial Reporting Standards.
