Provision of Delivery Partner for UK-Malaysia Digital Innovation Programme
Notice Description
Digital Trade Network aims to support UK Tech Businesses to internationalise in Asia Pacific region and to take advantage of the fast growing market opportunities in this region. Malaysia's favourable business environment and growth opportunity have positioned Malaysia to a growth platform for many local and international players. Sunway Group, established in 1974, one of Malaysia's largest conglomerates, has moved forward to being a purveyor of innovation via Sunway Living Laboratory. Sunway is present in 50 locations worldwide and is committed to transformative growth and sustainable progress through their 13 business divisions namely real estate, construction, retail, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, education, trading and manufacturing, building materials and Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Launched in 2017, Sunway Innovation Labs (Sunway iLabs) aims to foster entrepreneurship and stimulate market--driven innovations, to help entrepreneurs become more competitive in this rapidly changing environment. The UK Government's DTN APAC, jointly with Sunway iLabs, is now launching this inaugural UK-Malaysia Digital Innovation Programme. The programme aims to connect innovative UK Digital Tech Scale Up Companies in retail tech, smart cities, big data analytics, artificial intelligence and net-zero solutions with Sunway and the broader Malaysia tech ecosystem; to build business networks in Malaysia; and explore potential partnership with Sunway's business units and broader Malaysia tech ecosystem. This contracts seeks a delivery partner to assist in this work,
