Notice Description
Communities and Housing Investment Consortium Limited ( CHIC ), a central purchasing body and consortium vehicle whose members comprise public organisations principally providing publicly funded housing of various types and undertaking asset management and new build development in various locations, is seeking to procure the appointment of an organisation to provide the services, described in the ITT documents, to support its business and members and to enter a long term service provision contract for that purpose.

Additional information: Kennedy Cater is managing this procurement on behalf of CHIC and any questions relating to this procurement should be made via the Delta messaging facility.
Options: The contract will be of a duration of five years plus optional three year and further two year extensions.

Under those regulations, aggrieved bidders may by way of proceedings in the High Court seek relief in respect of alleged breaches of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 which may include declaring any award ineffective and/or seeking damages. After the expiry of the 10-day standstill period, CHIC will unless prevented by order of the court conclude and enter the contract."
