Notice Description
The Framework Agreement is intended to provide access energy consultancy and LED lighting solutions providers. This tender will be split into two individual lots which combined shall encompass Utilities (Energy Consultancies and LED Lighting Solutions) framework. The Lots shall be as follows Lot 1 Energy Consultancies - this will cover energy consultancies who can provide a holistic approach to utilities management covering procurement, carbon solutions, bureau services/ bill checking and energy solutions. This will provide Participating Authorities to a one stop solution to their energy needs. Lot 2 LED Lighting Solutions - this lot will cover providers who can supply, install and offer ongoing maintenance for LED Lighting suitable for healthcare providers. The providers are expected to provide energy and carbon reduction through energy efficiency lighting solutions. In addition offer funding guidance if and when required by the Participating Authority.

Energy Consultancies
Tenderers for this lot are expected to provide a holistic approach to utility management and offer the following services. a) Energy procurement & account management - covering procurement contracts for water, gas and electricity meters. In addition, supporting Participating Authorities with queries and resolutions for the everyday management of supply contracts. b) Carbon Compliance Services - assisting Participating Authorities with any compliance and legislative areas for carbon compliance services c) Bureau Services/Bill Checking - supporting Participating Authorities with invoice validation, data management with reporting functions and other bureau services. d) Energy Solutions/ monitoring - covering technology solutions for energy generation, efficiency, control and monitoring software.
Options: Option to extend framework by two 12 month periods
LED Lighting SolutionsThis lot will focus on LED lighting to support Participating Authorities in reducing energy consumption, carbon emissions, ongoing maintenance costs and improve lighting services. The Tenderer is expected to provide LED lighting solutions for the following areas but not limited to: * High Output Panel Lights * Batten lights * Panel Downlights * Flood lights * Circular bay lights As a guidance the following service area's will be covered but not limited to: * Site survey to establish potential savings on energy bills, maintenance costs and carbon emissions savings based on LED implementation and submit a business case for consideration * Proposal for LED lighting and recommendations with energy, carbon and cost savings for supply and installation of proposed lighting * Supply of LED lighting only to beneficiaries, where required * Supply and installation of LED lighting * Advice on funding routes for projects * Following the installation to be removed in accordance to directives for waste removal * All suppliers will need to guarantee energy consumption reduction for the duration of the contract term.
