This will include the undertaking of adult universal carers assessments and care and support planning in line with statutory guidance, alongside working with the local authority's young carers assessment team, adopting a 'whole family' approach to carer assessments, support and interventions, to help sustain and improve the carers health, wellbeing and independence both within and outside of their caring role",
