It is estimated that Manchester City Council will arrange approximately 120 funerals each year. Approximately 70 of these will be public (welfare) funerals arranged under this contract. This contract is specifically for the public funerals only. However, we would also use the services of the appointed Funeral Director to undertake the private funerals as well.
