Notice Description
Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Principal Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D&B contracts (and, for Lot 4, Contractors/Consultants to provide Construction Management services under the JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. The Framework will be split into 4 Lots by value: Lot 1: PS0-PS10m Lot 2: Over PS10m - PS35m Lot 3: over PS35m Lot 4: Construction Management (likely to be between PS5m and PS20m)

The Framework will be split into 4 Lots and this Lot is for works contracts with a value of up to 10m GBP. Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline and land availability and the unknown volume of other 'Social Housing Providers' using the framework agreement over the framework period, the value of the Framework in the notice and this Lot is not in any way an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably.
