East Ayrshire Council's Housing Asset Services (HAS) are responsible for the maintenance of all Council housing in East Ayrshire, including responsive and planned maintenance and programmed improvements to housing stock. Trades included within HAS include electricians, heating and plumbing engineers, builders, joiners, plasterers, painters and glaziers. HAS are currently reviewing the management of their material stores with the aim of creating more streamlined processes for the supply and distribution of materials across each trade/team within HAS.
