Contract Summary
The London Borough of Hillingdon (the Council) invites tenders from suitablyqualifi ed and experienced Works Contractors in relation to entering into anagreement to provide Kitchen and Bathroom installation Works for variousproperties across our housing stock by post code area, for a three (3) year periodwith the option to extend for a further two (2) years. The Council intends to appointup to four (4) Works Contractors. The installation works will be in phased packages, depending on budget approval,and is normally released assuming installations being completed within a 16-weekprogramme. Contracts will be awarded with regards to the following Lots/Areas within theborough: Lot 1 - Area North postcodes: UB9, HA6, HA5 (typically 14% of potential volume) Lot 2 - Area Central postcodes: UB10, HA4, UB8 (typically 30% of potential volume) Lot 3 - Area South postcodes: UB7, UB4, UB3 (typically 56% of potential volume) Lot 4 - Back Up Contractor All areas. Contract Summary
The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide a comprehensive Bulk Property Acquisition and Refurbishment Service (the Service) for a Two (2) year period with the option to extend for a further One (1) plus One (1) plus One (1) years. The Service is for the sourcing, acquisition, and refurbishment of two, three and four bedroom properties located in the London Borough of Hillingdon including conveyancing and surveys. Properties will be existing residential properties acquired in the open market and/or off-market where possible. Properties acquired will be refurbished to the agreed specification including full compliance documentation as required for letting. The types of works required for refurbishment will generally include but not limited to those as stipulated within the Employers Requirements document. Hillingdon Council may from time to time add to the type of work to be executed or may remove certain types of work completely for inclusion in separate specialist contracts. Such action will not be taken without consultation. The Service is to be provided to the Council with an estimated volume of up to 100 properties to be acquired per year, but the Council does not provide any guarantee or assurance in respect of the annual value or volumes of work generated under this contract. Each property must be within the boundary of the London Borough of Hillingdon and will vary in size from two to four bedrooms. Contractors will be invited to submit competitive tenders based on an "all-inclusive" basis using the M3 National Housing Federation (M3NHF) Responsive Maintenance and Void Property Works Schedule of Rates v8 with tenderers percentage adjustment along with Agents Fee percentage and fixed costs for Acquisition Fees.

Contract Summary
The London Borough of Hillingdon wishes to appoint an experienced service provider for the Service, Maintenance & Repair of Automatic Gates, Bollards, Shutters & Barriers ensuring compliance with all relevant industry, manufacturers and safety standards. The contract is to include Hillingdon Council's housing stock of over 11,000 properties covering General Needs Housing, Sheltered Housing, Supported Housing and Corporate sites. The contractor will provide a planned servicing regime and reactive maintenance for repair and replacement as well as to undertake small works projects up to an approved threshold value for the asset types as stipulated. The Council intends to award a contract for these services for a period of up to three (3) years with an option to extend for up to a further one (1) plus one (1) years subject to agreement and satisfactory performance. The proposed contract will be based upon the pricing schedule as shown in the tender pack and includes for the following: TAB A - Housing & Corporate Reactive Call Outs TAB B - Housing Annual Servicing Schedule TAB C - Corporate Annual Servicing Schedule TAB D - Daywork Rates TAB E - Materials Mark Up Percentage This Specification covers all Routine and Responsive Maintenance to the assets. The Specification shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Pricing Schedule items Routine Maintenance shall involve the undertaking of the comprehensive servicing/maintenance operations described in this Specification and the Pricing Schedule throughout the duration of the Contract Period at the regular intervals pre-defined by the Client and starting immediately from the Commencement Date.
