The purpose of this PIN is to undertake a pre-procurement market testing exercise to enable the WMCA to develop further capacity in Sector Based Work Academy Programme provision (SWAP) funded through its Adult Education Budget (AEB). It is seeking provider input ahead of a formal market engagement event and forms part of a wider consultation process to support the WMCA in formulating the specification for the tender process that will follow.To support this PIN notice the WMCA will host an online event to enable you the opportunity to discuss this proposal hosted on 25 February 2021. Please RSVP by no later than COP, Thursday 18 February 2021.THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION.
