Notice Description

YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of the design, supply, fit out and installation of fitted furniture and supply only of library shelving and associated products. The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO's internal requirements.

Lot Information

Lot 1 - Supply and Installation of Fitted Furniture - Standard Specification with National Coverage

This Lot is for the supply and installation of fitted furniture with a standard specification with national coverage

Options: The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 18 February 2021 to 17 February 2023 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The first decision to extend the contract period will be taken by the end of October 2022 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 18 February 2021 to 17 February 2025 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).

Lot 2 - Supply and Installation of Fitted Furniture - Standard Specification with Scotland Coverage

This Lot is for the supply and installation of fitted furniture with a standard specification covering Scotland

Options: The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 18 February 2021 to 17 February 2023 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months. The first decision to extend the contract period will be taken by the end of October 2022 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures.
