Notice Description
The provision of statutory homeless supported temporary accommodation for single homeless applicants, with some provision for couples. Short-term interim / temporary accommodation is sought providing a 24hrs presence and housing related support to homeless people, aged 18 and over, who are deemed to be likely to have a priority need by the Housing Options Service.

Kersal and Broughton Park or Broughton
Minimum of 15 units to be located in one or more of the following Salford wards; Kersal & Broughton Park or Broughton
Renewal: 60 months contract term with the option to extend for a further 12 months, then a further 12 months dependent on funding and performance
Pendleton & CharlestownMinimum of 20 units to be located in the following Salford wards; Pendleton & Charlestown
Renewal: 60 months contract term with the option to extend for a further 12 months, then a further 12 months dependent on funding and performance
Little Hulton, Walkden (North or South), Swinton (Wardley or Park), Eccles or Barton & Winton.Minimum of 10 units to be located in one or more of the following Salford wards; Little Hulton, Walkden (North or South), Swinton (Wardley or Park), Eccles or Barton & Winton
