Notice Description

The Council is committed to the delivery of high-quality adult social care services and health care services within Home Care for residents of Leicestershire who are assessed as requiring Home Care or those living outside Leicestershire but who have continuing health care needs that can supported by this service and are registered with a Leicestershire GP. Service Providers should provide a level of support to assist people to build on their current strengths and develop their abilities to look after themselves without becoming dependent on support. The services people receive should maximise their independence and provide value for money.
