Commercial Offices Cleaning Services
The Authority is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) who can supply Cleaning (the "Services") to Commercial offices. These offices are spread out throughout Onward's 3 regions which are Merseyside, Greater Manchester and Lancashire. This is for an initial term of 3 years plus optional 1 year plus 1 year extensions. Additional information: The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and/or to abandon this procurement exercise at any time and/or to award a contract for part of the services at its sole discretion. The Contracting Authority shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of its exercise of that discretion.
Options: 1 year plus 1 year extension at the discretion of Onward
