Notice Description

Thenue HA's Consultant Framework is scheduled to be renewed this year and they are seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to provide professional services for the design and delivery of various projects within this framework. The following services are required: Architect (Design Team Leader) Civil & Structural Engineer QS (incl. Contract Administration) Principal Designer Chartered Surveyor The projects which Thenue HA anticipate procuring under this Framework include:- - Internal refurbishment of flats, either in groups or on a 'one-off basis' - Kitchen renewals.either in groups or on a 'one-off' basis. - Bathroom renewals, either in groups or on a 'one-off' basis. - Window replacements. - Common repairs to tenement properties including repairs to external walls, repairs / renewals to roof coverings and rot eradication works, all ranging in value from X GBP to Y GBP. The duration of this Framework is a maximum of 4 years. Thenue HA will review performance after 2 years and either extend the Framework for 1 year OR re-tender the opportunity. This process will be repeated at the end of year 3, if the Framework has been extended.
