Notice Description
The Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement with several Service Providers who will 'buy' and collect from the Council, previously collected and segregated materials for recycling to ensure diversion from landfill. The materials are broken down into 3 separate Lots: HWRC Scrap Metals, Housing Stock Scrap Metals and Automotive Batteries.
