Aids and Adaptations Framework Contract BriefSolihull Community Housing (SCH) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) that was established in April 2004 to take over the management of housing services on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC). SCH's responsibilities include the management and maintenance of the Councils' housing stock. This portfolio includes houses, maisonettes, high-rise and low-rise flats, sheltered accommodation, community centres and garages.
