Christmas Lighting Schemes for LB Hillingdon - 2021 -2024
Notice Description
The London Borough of Hillingdon has setout the requirements for the provision of Christmas Lighting within the Borough for 2021 to 2024. The Council will look to award the contract for the services starting in July 2021 for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for a further one (1) plus one (1) years. The Council has traditionally supported the delivery of the Christmas lighting programme in the Borough's Town Centres, Villages and Shopping Parades. There are now 27 Christmas lighting schemes that are under the Council's direct management, which include: 1. Blenheim Parade, Uxbridge Road 2. Byron Road, Uxbridge Road 3. Civic Centre forecourt, Uxbridge 4. Crescent Parade, Uxbridge Road 5. Eastcote Town Centre 6. Glebe Estate, West Drayton 7. Harefield Village 8. Harlington High Street 9. Harmondsworth Road, West Drayton 10. Harmondsworth Village 11. Hayes Bridge Parade, Uxbridge Road 12. Hayes End Parade, Uxbridge Road 13. Hayes Town Centre 14. Hillingdon Circus, Uxbridge 15. Kingshill Avenue, Hayes 16. Kingsway Parade, Uxbridge Road 17. Marlborough Parade, Uxbridge Road 18. New Broadway Parade, Uxbridge Road 19. North Hyde Road, Hayes 20. Ruislip Town Centre 21. Ryefield Parade, Uxbridge 22. Sipson Village 23. South Ruislip 24. Sutton Court Road, Uxbridge 25. Uxbridge Town Centre 26. Yeading Lane Parade 27. Yiewsley & West Drayton The success of the 2020 Christmas lighting programme has resulted in the request for three further schemes to be introduced. These will still be subject to approval, but include: 28. Belmore Parade, Uxbridge Road 29. Harlington Road, Uxbridge, and 30. Ruislip Gardens As the programme develops, further schemes may also be added following requests from local ward councillors, residents, and businesses.
