People currently accessing the service may or may not have eligible assessed needs and some have been part of the service for many years. There is a need to expand the current provision across the Borough to increase the availability of this type of low-level support to maintain and increase the independence of people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism living in and moving on to their own accommodation in the community. Consideration will be given to increasing the budget for this service in the future. This would allow for the service to be expanded to support more people.",
