Notice Description

This Framework Agreement, split into Southern and Northern Sectors, is for the provision of construction related professional services by teams of Consultants and their supply chain, collectively referred to as the Integrated Consultant Teams (ICT). The Economic Operators will provide ICT Services, including but not limited to design, design development and project management/contract administration for Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT) Construction Projects through the duration of the framework regards major new and refurbishment works. Capital works projects may be commissioned subject to funding and satisfactory performance of the ICT. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to give any or all future commissions within this framework. The ICT has the right to refuse to undertake any or all of the offered commissions within 2 weeks of the offer.
