NHS Golden Jubilee Cardiac Perfusion Consumables
Notice Description
NHS Golden Jubilee's Cardiac Perfusion Department has the requirement for the supply of consumables, which have been divided into 4 LOTS; Adult Tubing Pack, VAD Priming Tubing Pack with ECMO Accessory Pack, Adult Oxygenator and Cardioplegia Device 4:1. The Contract will be let for a period of 3 Years, plus an optional x2 12 month extensions, to be taken at the Boards discretion.
Lot Information
Supply of Cardiac Perfusion Adult Tubing Pack
The Board has the requirement for a custom made Adult Tubing Pack, to support approximately 1,400 cases per annum. This Tubing Pack does not require to be coated. This Tubing Pack must be manufactured to Circuit Diagram provided. Bidders must refer to Overview of Requirements and relevant Specification document for full scope and mandatory requirements. All of which are included within the additional documents section of the portal. This quantity may fluctuate in line with service demand, therefore, is not binding to NHS Golden Jubilee Board. Please note that this lot will be awarded to one supplier only. The Board currently has approx. 8 months' stock of Adult Tubing Packs which must be used prior to commencement of this Contract, therefore, bidders must consider this in their decision to bid for this lot. Additional information: Bidders must refer to relevant specification document for all deadline dates, information and mandatory requirements relating to Tender samples for evaluation.
Options: NHS Golden Jubilee Board reserve the right to purchase associated products relating to this Contract throughout the lifetime of the Contract.
Renewal: 3 Year Contract with the option to extend for 2x 12 month periods at the Boards discretion.
Supply of Cardiac Perfusion VAD Priming Tubing Pack & ECMO Accessory PackThe Board has the requirement for VAD Priming Tubing Packs to support approximately 40 cases per annum. In addition to this, the Board has the requirement for an ECMO Accessory Pack to use with the above during ECMO cases, to support approximately 20 cases per annum. These products must be manufactured to Circuit Diagram(s) provided. Bidders must refer to Overview of Requirements and relevant Specification document for full scope and mandatory requirements. All of which are included within the additional documents section of the portal. These quantities may fluctuate in line with service demand, therefore, is not binding to NHS Golden Jubilee Board. Please note that this lot will be awarded to one supplier only. This quantity may fluctuate in line with service demand, therefore, is not binding to NHS Golden Jubilee Board. Please note that this lot will be awarded to one supplier only. This quantity may fluctuate in line with service demand, therefore, is not binding to NHS Golden Jubilee Board. Please note that this lot will be awarded to one supplier only.
