British Forces Cyprus (the Authority) has a requirement for a 3 year contract from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2024, with the potential of 2 x 1 year option years for the Provision of Self Drive Hire vehicles (SDHV) for British Forces Cyprus (BFC). This is primarily for the hire of self drive cars, 4x4 vehicles and vans.

Options: Contract period will be 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2024. The Authority has the option, within its sole discretion to extend the contract by up to 2 (two) periods of 1 (one) year as detailed below: Option period 1: From 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025 Option period 1: From 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 The above estimated value includes the option years.
