Notice Description
East Sussex County Council and partners are commissioning from a Strategic Partner/s for the provision of Housing Related Floating Support in East Sussex (the Services). The Strategic Partner/s will engage in the ongoing co-design of outcomes and service models, and collaborate with the Commissioner/s and Service Provider/s to achieve long-term benefits and innovation based on shared outcomes, where resources are used in a way that promotes positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Lot 1 - A single Strategic Partner for the East Area

Options: Subject to agreement the contract may be extended past the original five year term by up to an additional 60 months
