The Authority intends to amend the framework commencement date to 01/04/2022 from the previously advertised commencement date of 01/10/2022. The framework will retain the original advertised validity period of 48 months, and therefore the new framework end date will be 31/03/2026. The change has been brought about due to the current exceptional pressures on worldwide energy prices, in order for framework suppliers and users to better plan their purchasing. This change does not alter the requirements, obligations, award criteria or selection process of the previously awarded suppliers on the framework, and we do not believe would disadvantage any supplier who previously declined to take part in the original framework response.
