        "reviewDetails": "For contracts subject to the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016, utilities are required to incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the proposed award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification is required to provide full information on the award decision.
