In January 2020, the Welsh Government (WG) undertook a pilot International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP) Star Rating exercise - choosing the A40 St. Clears to Abergavenny (Hardwick Roundabout) for the pilot. That pilot was successful and the WG now wants to expand this exercise to cover the remainder of its SRN. The Consultant shall be responsible for everything necessary to complete the Project. The "Project" is to calculate the Star Rating, and develop an Investment Plan of Wales' SRN - length 1972 km
