Round 2 Gloucestershire Health and Social Care Pseudo-Framework 2020-2024
Notice Description
Round 2 - This procurement sets up a pseudo framework agreement to provide health and social care across Gloucestershire for domiciliary care, and community-based support services for adults and children (where regulations allow), with a learning disability, physical disability, autism and/or a mental health condition, through several different frameworks. The framework is divided into six lots: * Lot 1 Supported Living Non Complex * Lot 2 Support Living Complex * Lot 3 Floating Support for Children and Young People * Lot 4 Forensic Support Services * Lot 5a Domiciliary Care; and * Lot 5b Domiciliary Care Complex. The services required under this procurement falls within Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015(SI 2015/102) and are therefore not bound by all of it's requirements. The Council follows it's own modified version of the Framework Process described under Regulation 33. The modified process, includes the ability to reopen the tender annually, or as required to ensure coverage of service areas. Estimated value of the OJEU Notice is GBP 62 million per annum, which has an estimated value for the framework total for 4 years of GBP 244 million. The Lot values quoted are the potential total value for the 4 years
