The Supply of Portable Firefighting Extinguishers & Ancillary Equipment
Notice Description
Team Leidos are proud to be delivering the logistics commodities and services transformation (LCS(T)) Delivery partner contracts (LCS (T)/0001 dated 16.4.2015) on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence (the 'Prime Contract'). Delivery of other parts of the LCS(T) contract are delivered by Leidos Europe Ltd (LEL) and other partners (together 'Team Leidos'). This requirement is subject to the Public Procurement Regulations and respective advertising action.
Lot Information
Extinguishers
It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of PS1.06m to PS2.6m. For the full 48 month term (if option taken/extended) the anticipated value will be circa PS2.1m to PS5.3m.
Options: The Contract will have an initial term of [24] months with an option to extend by an additional term of [24] months for up to a total period of [48] months.
Miscellaneous EquipmentIt is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of PS200k to PS500k. For the full 48 month term (if option taken/extended) the anticipated value will be circa PS400k to PS1m.
Options: The Contract will have an initial term of [24] months with an option to extend by an additional term of [24] months for up to a total period of [48] months.
Fire DummiesIt is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of PS140k to PS360k. For the full 48 month term (if option taken/extended) the anticipated value will be circa PS290k to PS720k.
Options: The Contract will have an initial term of [24] months with an option to extend by an additional term of [24] months for up to a total period of [48] months.
Historical Spares List AIt is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of PS34k to PS85k. For the full 48 month term (if option taken/extended) the anticipated value will be circa PS68k to PS170k.
Options: The Contract will have an initial term of [24] months with an option to extend by an additional term of [24] months for up to a total period of [48] months.
Historical Spares List BIt is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of PS33k to PS83k. For the full 48 month term (if option taken/extended) the anticipated value will be circa PS66k to PS166k
Options: The Contract will have an initial term of [24] months with an option to extend by an additional term of [24] months for up to a total period of [48] months.
Trolley ExtinguishersIt is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the Agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of PS1.06m to PS2.6m. For the full 48 month term (if option taken/extended) the anticipated value will be circa PS2.1m to PS5.3m.

Options: 2 years firm, followed by 2 option years
