Notice Description
Master Facilitators sit at the core of the Active Citizens programme, they embody and demonstrate the values and principles that we hold as an organisation, and as the face of the programme at many external events they are responsible for the development of key programme stakeholders who initiate lasting community change, in turn allowing the Active Citizens programme to grow and thrive. They are required to support programme delivery through delivering training and capacity workshops, support the development of programme strategy and writing content evaluations and contributing to research.

Master Facilitators sit at the core of the Active Citizens programme, they embody and demonstrate the values and principles that we hold as an organisation, and as the face of the programme at many external events they are responsible for the development of key programme stakeholders who initiate lasting community change, in turn allowing the Active Citizens programme to grow and thrive. They are required to support programme delivery through delivering training and capacity workshops, support the development of programme strategy and writing content evaluations and contributing to research. We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:- A depth of experience working in varied (and often sensitive) international contexts, including fragile and conflict affected states. - Minimum 10 years' experience designing and facilitating community development workshops in an international context, with an acute understanding of how development programmes are created, delivered and evaluated. - Exceptional intercultural dialogue skills, with demonstrable ability for both supporting and developing civil society stakeholders and influencing senior leadership in order to meet objectives. - Experience writing and editing content for programme toolkits- Expertise in at least one of the social development themes of the Active Citizens programme (Arts for community development /Social Enterprise/Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding/Youth/Gender Equality/Disability Inclusion/Climate Action). - Extensive knowledge of active citizenship and how positive change happens at the individual and community level.
Renewal: The Contract awarded will be for a duration of 3 year (36 months) with an option for an extension for up to an additional 1 year (12 months)
