Lot 1
This requirement of Oracle Licences and Support will ensure that the NHSBSA and CFA has business continuity for critical systems. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the procurement of Oracle Services has been established by Crown Commercial Services (CCS) which NHSBSA and CFA are named on. Oracle Corporation has agreed that the discounts negotiated through CCS will be honoured for orders placed by NHSBSA and CFA.
Procurement Information
Oracle Corporation has sole technical rights to their products, and competition is absent here for technical reasons in any event i.e. a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the procurement of Oracle Services has been established by crown commercial services (CCS) which NHSBSA and CFA are named on, and Oracle Corporation has agreed that the discounts negotiated through CCS will be honoured for orders placed by NHSBSA (and CFA), under the MoU.
