Contract for the supply and deliver a range of playground equipment catering for a wide range of age groups with differing needs and abilities. The contract is split using a combination of: 28 items - awarded on the per item basis to lowest cost Economic Operator(s) Lot 1 - Single Spring Rockers (3 items) - Awarded to one lowest cost Economic Operator Lot 2 - Swing Units (5 items) - Awarded to one lowest cost Economic Operator
Lot Information
Single Spring Rockers
Supply and delivery of play equipment - single spring rockers. This lot covers 3 items of a total of 36 items in the contract. Item 1. Range Sit on Rockers Item 2. Range Sit in Rockers Item 3. Range Sit in inclusive Rockers
Options: The contract may be varied to allow for new, bespoke or upgraded items within the overall scope of the contract. The Council reserves the right to award new items via a quotation to suppliers awarded to the contract depending on the requirement.
Renewal: The contract shall be for the period of 1 year with the option to renew annually for a further 4 years, at the discretion of the Council.
Swing unitsSupply and delivery of playground equipment - swing units. This lot covers 5 items of the total 36 items in the contract. Item 1. One Bay, Two Seat Cradle Swings Item 2. Two Bay, Four Cradle Seat Swings Item 3. One Bay, Two Flat Seat Swing Item 4. Two Bay, Four Flat Seat Swing Item 5. Basket Swing
