Notice Description
The BBC requires a single supplier for the provision of online moderation services. The BBC encourages its audience members (Users) to interact with the BBC's Interactive Services by submitting Content in relation to, for example, blogs and commenting and via engagement on non-BBC social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram. The BBC wishes to procure the non-exclusive provision by the Supplier of flexible moderation services for the BBC's Interactive Services for up to 24 hours/day, 7 days/week and 365 days/year in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and depending on the BBC's flexible daily moderation requirements.

The BBC encourages its audience members (Users) to interact with the BBC's Interactive Services by submitting Content in relation to, for example, blogs and commenting and via engagement on non-BBC social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram. The BBC wishes to procure the non-exclusive provision by the Supplier of flexible moderation services for the BBC's Interactive Services for up to 24 hours/day, 7 days/week and 365 days/year in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and depending on the BBC's flexible daily moderation requirements. Additional information: The maximum contract duration is up to 5 years. The initial contract term will be for 3 years, following which the BBC may at its discretion extend the term on 2 further occasions for a period of up to 12 months on each occasion. The annual contract value detailed in 11.1.5 is the total maximum Contract value. The annual estimated contract value is estimated to be between PS360,000 and PS580,000.
