Summary of the contracting process

Transport for London (TfL) is currently conducting a tender for the "Construction Logistics and Community Safety (CLOCS)" programme, aimed at enhancing road safety within the construction supply chain. This tender process is classified under general public services and is part of a five-year concessionaire contract. The submission period for expressions of interest concludes on 30 June 2021, and the contract is expected to span over 1800 days, with a total estimated value of £500,000. Interested parties may note that this is a selective procurement process using a restricted procedure for submissions via electronic methods.

This opportunity allows firms engaged in logistics, transportation, safety solutions, or construction management to expand their business operations. By participating in the CLOCS initiative, successful bidders will not only contribute to critical road safety improvements but also demonstrate their capacity to grow and finance the programme's activities. Companies that are experienced in construction and community safety communications would particularly be well-suited to compete in this tender, considering TfL’s emphasis on collaboration with relevant industry bodies to drive positive change.
