The scope of this contract is to provide the range of agency staff that may be required to support the delivery of services for our customers. This includes professional and business support and more specialist roles in housing and planning. This contract will be used to supplement our own teams during absences, fluctuations in workload, one off projects and to provide resilience.

Options: Following the initial 3 year contract period, there is an option for a 2 year extension to be taken at the discretion of Oxford City Council
