    "description": "To Participate in this tender opportunity prospective tenderers will be required to sign a non-disclosure deed in order to receive the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document. Signed non-disclosure deeds should be returned to commercial@dcms.gov.uk by the deadline of 23:55, Thursday 15th July 2021 - please include the tender reference number 102465 in the subject line. Once s signed deed is received you will be issues with the ITT document. Please note that the deadline for receipts of tenders to be received no later than 23:55 (BST), Thursday 15th July 2021 (the deadline for receipt of tender Responses). Please ensure that you download and return your completed non-disclosure deed promptly to allow yourself time to provide a full tender response prior to the closing date and time. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The maximum budget for the initial 6-month of service is in the range of between GBP 350 000 and GBP 400 000 excluding VAT. Please note that, while not the only criteria, pricing is a key element of our evaluation criteria. The Department reserves the right to extend the contract for a further 3 months and the estimated value of the contract value provided within this notice includes any possible contract extension.
