Notice Description
The Contracting Authorities are seeking to engage up to 20 Economic Operators to provide consultancy services in connection with Minor Works Schemes under separate Framework Agreements of up to four years duration subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Economic Operators and at the absolute discretion of the Contracting Authorities. The Economic Operator shall provide the following Services: Project Manager, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Services Engineer, Electrical Services Engineer, Building Surveyor, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer and Principal Designer.

Lot 1 Royal Group of Hospitals
The Contracting Authorities are seeking to engage up to 20 Economic Operators to provide consultancy services in connection with Minor Works Schemes under separate Framework Agreements of up to four years duration subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Economic Operators and at the absolute discretion of the Contracting Authorities. The Economic Operator shall provide the following Services: Project Manager, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Services Engineer, Electrical Services Engineer, Building Surveyor, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer and Principal Designer.
Lot 2 Belfast City HospitalThe Contracting Authorities are seeking to engage up to 20 Economic Operators to provide consultancy services in connection with Minor Works Schemes under separate Framework Agreements of up to four years duration subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Economic Operators and at the absolute discretion of the Contracting Authorities. The Economic Operator shall provide the following Services: Project Manager, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Services Engineer, Electrical Services Engineer, Building Surveyor, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer and Principal Designer.
Lot 3 - Musgrave Park Hospital, Knockbracken Healthcare Park and South and East Belfast CommunityThe Contracting Authorities are seeking to engage up to 20 Economic Operators to provide consultancy services in connection with Minor Works Schemes under separate Framework Agreements of up to four years duration subject to the satisfactory performance of the successful Economic Operators and at the absolute discretion of the Contracting Authorities.
