Notice Description
A2D has awarded a series of contracts to provide a range of soft facilities services for a number of residential schemes which, due to the nature of these schemes, require a broader and more intense scope of services in comparison to our general cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts.

A2D has awarded a series of contracts to provide a range of soft facilities services for a number of residential schemes which, due to the nature of these schemes, require a broader and more intense scope of services in comparison to our general cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts.
Options: There is the option to extend the contract beyond its initial term. The extension will be limited to two occurrences of no more than 12 months on each extension. This is subject to satisfactory performance of the contract during the initial term.
