High level activities include (but are not limited to) the following key deliverables: Gritting/Ice Clearance Snow Clearance (pedestrian and mechanical) Provision of required chemicals (de-icer/salt etc) to ensure gritting and ice/snow clearance Weather Monitoring Provide a manned helpdesk for visit scheduling and customer queries Reporting

Options: The contract may be renewed for separate 3 x 1 year periods
Renewal: The contract may be renewed for separate 3 x 1 year periods depending on the status of the Southeastern Rail Franchise and/or the requirement of London & South Eastern Railway Limited
