NECS375 - Market Engagement 1:1 Provider Meeting for Home Oxygen Assessment and Review Service
Notice Description
North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS County Durham CCG NHS Tees Valley CCG - Darlington, Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland Locality areas only, Sunderland CCG, Gateshead locality of Newcastle Gateshead CCG and South Tyneside CCG (Contracting Authorities) to undertake further market engagement via a 1:1 meeting with potential providers in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Home Oxygen Assessment and Review Service. The aim of the service is to provide a Home Oxygen Assessment and Review Service (HOS-AR) to ensure that home oxygen is appropriately prescribed to those people who clinically need it. Details of the 1:1 meeting will be as follows: Wednesday 21 July 2021 Time: 1st session will begin at 9.30am Face to face Meeting Venue: NHS Tees Valley CCG First floor 14 Trinity Mews North Ormesby Health Village Middlesbrough TS3 6AL For those that cannot attend in person for the face to face meeting, alternate virtual meeting arrangement via Microsoft Teams will be made. Each 1:1 meeting session will be between 45 mins - 1 hour. Each organisation will be allowed to bring 2 members to the face to face meeting or up to 3 to attend via teams. Agenda for the session and timeslots for attendance will be circulated via Intend to all those who registered their attendance closer to time. It is important to note that this PIN is not a call for competition and as such potential providers will need to express an interest in any future tender opportunity once a contract notice is published on Find and Tender Service and on Contracts Finder. It should also be noted that this PIN invites individuals and organisations to express an interest in attending the 1:1 meeting and is NOT a pre-qualification questionnaire, and is NOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process. This PIN is intended as an awareness, communication, and information gathering exercise. An expression of interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in the 1:1 meeting nor does it infer any preferential or special status on those individuals and organisations who express an interest in this market engagement exercise. NECS is utilising an electronic tendering portal (In-Tend) to manage this Event and as such interested individuals and organisations will need to register on the portal to access and complete the 1:1 Meeting Registration Form.
