    "description": "The value of the DPS has been estimated to be in the range of PS15,000,000 to PS30,379,636.84. The low end of the range value is based on half of the allocation going through the DPS within the first-year. The top end of the range is based on providing flexibility for increasing the potential number of Councils that are able to use the DPS over the period of time to the maximum grant available. The initial grant for Adult Weight Management services is expected to be spent by the 31st March 2022. The DPS has been set up for 36 months with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
