Lot Information
Landlord Services
Provision of Estate Management service to the Council in respect of all properties listed on the Property Lists where the Council is either landlord (Property List 1) or tenant (List 2). Properties may be added to the Lists or deleted as required by the Council.
Options: four years with provisions to extend for periods of up to two further years at the Council's discretion.
Disposal by AuctionThe provision of undertaking disposal of Council owned residential properties which are surplus to operational requirements. Planning Consultancy advice and valuations relating to Planning and Development ControlUpon instruction by the Head of Development Management, the Contractor shall provide viability advice and any such other property advice as may be required on planning development management issues. Advice most commonly required by the Council in connection with planning applications and appeals is in respect of properties not within the Council's Service Property Portfolio. Quantity Surveying ServicesTo provide estimated costs of construction, development refurbishment and maintenance in accordance with RIBA work stages and RICS best practice , provide budgetary information and work alongside teams delivering capital projects for the Council and ensure capital building projects are professionally costed in line with best practice.
