* Supply and Install new Compact Radiators, in Reception offices. * Removal of asbestos contaminated material. * Provide and install new 2-port valve to control laboratory heating, linked to new thermostat. * Provision of new Corrosion Monitor. * Modifications to LPHW pipework in Steel pipework to accommodate new equipment. * Provision of new CT Pumps. * Rebalancing of LTHW system and the installation of inhibitor. * Modification to existing BMS Monitoring Systems
