As part of the Councils Sufficiency duties the Council is required to have a range of accommodation and support options for Care Leavers. There is an existing fully occupied supported living home for Care Leavers with overnight support located within the Borough of Darlington. The Council needs to ensure continuity of support and accommodation for these young people, within the Borough of Darlington.
