Notice Description
The Council wishes to procure a provider to supply, deliver and install floor coverings to various homes including but limited to domestic and temporary accommodation in Walsall. The service shall support Walsall Council and Adult Social Care to replace damaged or broken floor coverings in crisis needs to improve outcomes for citizens within Walsall. The service should help provide replacement Floor coverings to various homes who require crisis support and ensure the citizens have safe and usable floor coverings.

Wherethe agreement has not been entered into the court may order the setting aside of the decision to enter into theagreement or order WMBC to amend any document and may award damages. Following the correctimplementation of a 10 day standstill period and publication of appropriate notices the court may only awarddamages once the agreement has been entered into."
