Notice Description
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) requires a supplier that specialises in digital marketing to support our planned public behaviour change campaign work in the 26/27 business year.

This procurement was undertaken through the CCS Communications Marketplace DPS (RM6124) following the Further Competition process.
The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 12 months with an option to extend for up to 24 months at 12 month intervals.
Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
Options: Option to extend for up to a further 24 months at 12 month intervals, for a total contract term of 36 months including optional extensions.
Renewal: Customers may enter into a contract with a supplier for a period of their determining which may exceed the RM6124 Communications Marketplace DPS Agreement, should this agreement be terminated at any time. The flexibility of the contracting period allows customers (Buyers) to determine appropriate contracting timelines required to enable the supplier to meet customer needs.
